At LoveTime, your privacy is taken seriously. This page explains what personal data I collect, how I use it, how it’s stored, and your rights as a client.
🧾 What Data I Collect and Why
When you reach out or work with me, I may collect the following information:
- Your name and age – to understand who I’m working with
- Contact details (email, phone number, address) – to communicate about sessions and updates
- Next of kin / medical contact (optional) – used only in case of emergency
- Brief session notes – for therapeutic continuity and my own records
All information is collected solely to provide safe and effective hypnotherapy services. I do not collect unnecessary information or use your data for marketing purposes.
🔐 How Your Data Is Stored
- All digital records are stored on an encrypted computer system
- Emails and contact forms are processed via secure, encrypted platforms
- Session notes are stored digitally and labeled with only your first name and last initial
- If your phone number is stored, it will be saved under your first name and last initial on a secured business mobile phone
Only I, Bobby (RTT® Certified Therapist and founder of LoveTime), have access to your records.
🤝 Will I Share Your Data?
Your data is confidential and will never be sold, shared, or disclosed without your permission — unless required by law or duty of care.
I may share information in the following rare cases:
- If I am subpoenaed by a court
- If I believe you or someone else is at risk of harm
- During supervision (first name only, anonymized) for professional development and ethical oversight
🗑️ Data Retention & Deletion
I retain session notes and personal data for 1 year (per insurance and professional guidelines). After this time:
- Notes will be securely deleted
- Any stored contact information will be permanently removed from devices
🍪 Cookies & Website Usage
This website uses cookies automatically via WordPress and any third-party services used for hosting or analytics.
I do not personally track or collect cookie data. You may control or disable cookies in your browser settings.
